Please bare in mind, we are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, walk-ins and same day appointments are rarely able to be accommodated. SALON POLICIES
Future appointment cancellation policy- In order for us to continue providing the best possible scheduling for our guests, kindly give your stylist the courtesy of a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
service re-do policy- We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Kids policy- We love your little ones, we really do! But, there are so many dangerous things in a salon setting, hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects to name a few. For the majority of our guests this is a time of relaxation or time away from their own kids! Not to mention it adds stress on your stylist. We first and foremost want to provide you with the best guest experience possible. So we kindly ask that unless they have an appointment, your little stays at home.
